Preparing for Your Appointment
To help make the most of your consultation, please bring:
Your referral letter
Medicare and private health insurance details, if applicable
Relevant blood test results, scans or imaging
Previous specialist letters or medical records
A current list of medications
If you are attending for penile curvature or Peyronie’s disease:
Please bring photographs of the erect penis taken from above and from the side. These help assess and document the degree and direction of curvature. The photographs can remain on your own phone and only need to be shown during your consultation.
When You Arrive
Please arrive 5–10 minutes early to complete your patient registration.
Cancelling or Rescheduling
If you need to change or cancel your appointment, please contact our team as early as possible.
