Useful appointment information

What should I bring?

Your referral letter.
Medicare and private health insurance details, if applicable.
Relevant blood test results, scans or imaging you already have.
Previous specialist letters or medical records.
A current list of medications.

You do not need to arrange additional tests specifically for the appointment unless you have been advised to do so.

Attending for penile curvature or Peyronie’s disease?

Please bring photographs of the erect penis taken from above and from the side. These can remain on your own phone and only need to be shown during the consultation.

Regional, interstate or international patient?

Patients travelling to Brisbane may be able to begin assessment before travel. Where appropriate, relevant records can be reviewed and likely next steps discussed before major travel arrangements are made.
